We’re pleased to announce Carolyn McDonald is the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2009 Bud Cox Citizen of the Year.

Carolyn is a lifelong resident of West Washington County. She is everything we could ask for in our Citizen of the Year. She has given countiless hours of community service. Her main focus has been the Arkansas Apple Festival, however, she also helps the Lincoln Library, the Arkansas Country Doctor Museum and the Lincoln Chamber.
